We were not first time buyers, but it was our first time buying a house in Massachusetts.  We tried to familiarize ourselves with the areas we were interested in, but it was Tina Endicott that really helped us out the most.   She is very familiar with her territory and readily shared her insights into the towns we were interested in.  

It was Tina’s savvy and experience that guided us successfully through the home buying process. If you need help selling your house or property, the only one I suggest is Tina...
We had listed our property with two different brokers and it was on the market for 2 years with no success. It was a nightmare. We listed with Tina and the same day we signed the contract she had put all the info online, with pictures and all.  No kidding, the house was sold in two month. She e-mailed me every showing there was with the feedback, so that I was constantly informed about what was going on. She was very professional, very prompt and also very friendly.
Ask Tina for help and you won't be disappointed.
